New Build Home Inspection
Even brand new homes need home inspections. Builders are not perfect! New homes are often built fast and it is unfortunately very common for components to be missed or forgotten. Every new build comes with a full coverage one year warranty from the builder. We strongly recommend having an inspection completed before this warranty expires so that any defects can be repaired at no cost to the homeowner.

At Samson Inspections, we take pride in the reports we provide to our clients. You will receive your digital report the same day of the inspection. The software we use to generate our reports is user friendly and easy to navigate.
You will notice your report is organized by each home system and is full of photos and videos for your reference. We also prioritize and highlight deficits that require attention. As always, feel free to call when you receive your report with any questions you may have.
